		<description>I like the Verandah site.  A little odd that searching for a home opens a new window.  On the other hand, if I were searching homes on their site I would rather go straight to the home search window after the first visit.</description>

		<description>I agree this is a design award- if it were a usability award I think BlueRoof would have received a gold award- most of award winners in real estate are home developments and the sites are very heavy on animation and flash, but have horrible UI&#039;s.

The best sites are designed so a first-time user can navigate them easily and find what they want, plus enjoy the process.</description>
