The integration with google maps is genius. Great for impressing clients of you knowledge of the area.

Do consumers really talk like that?

“Oh, listing with Lisa Fornier. I’m gonna watch her video.”

Would a consumer watch the agent’s video prior to looking for more information on the listing? Of course not, but if they did, the generic video shown in the example would disappoint them. There are no shortcuts.

So why have the phony consumer click the agent video first? Because agents love the idea that the platform let’s them promote themselves. It’s almost an admission that promoting the listing comes second.

For me, shill videos like that distract from the product. I’d rather see how the product impresses consumers than watch a clearly phony example of a consumer designed to impress me.
