Incredible! This is an amazing tool! I'm not sure how beneficial the property tour is, considering you want the customer to enter the home to experience the home for themselves. However, a teaser video might be an interesting concept.

The integration with google maps is genius. Great for impressing clients of you knowledge of the area.

Pretty slick, especially for a first effort. Have to agree with Frank about some of the promotional stuff. Video is the future.

"Oh good, they have interactive marketing. I'll put in the code."

Do consumers really talk like that?

"Oh, listing with Lisa Fornier. I'm gonna watch her video."

Would a consumer watch the agent's video prior to looking for more information on the listing? Of course not, but if they did, the generic video shown in the example would disappoint them. There are no shortcuts.

So why have the phony consumer click the agent video first? Because agents love the idea that the platform let's them promote themselves. It's almost an admission that promoting the listing comes second.

For me, shill videos like that distract from the product. I'd rather see how the product impresses consumers than watch a clearly phony example of a consumer designed to impress me.

I definitely see a lot more business people using their mobile devices. Real Estate agents are going to have to adapt to the technology.
