Great report on the top websites, that definitely gives some great modeling points. I like that they found niche websites (not just the big real estate companies), and identified aspects on each one so we can see what is working across the country.

A very narrow, biased report based on amateurish, gaudy opinion and very little fact. If this is considered informative by the real estate industry than it has a lot farther to go to leveraging the internet than I thought. Any real estate company that actually uses this for its own business does so at its own peril.

If you would like to narrow your search, simply click on the Laguna-Niguel SEARCH tab above the list of homes on the right, and move the sliders to create your own custom Laguna Niguel Search Results! If you would like to SAVE your custom search, you may do that as well. Simply click on the SAVE SEARCH button, also located above the list of your search results.
