Saying the top ten companies are the ten that are most tagged makes no sense at all. People tag articles, not the companies being discussed in those articles.

BlueRoof.com is a better real estate site than most on your list, it just happens to be in the Utah market so it doesn’t get digged or tagged as much-

your post should be called the top ten tagged real estate sites or you should list your top ten and then explain why they are the top sites to you.

You have great insight into marketing and real estate, so a list of your top ten sites and why you think they are would be more relevant and interesting.

C’mon Joel- give us the goods!

I think what this shows is the sites that currently have the biggest mind share, Greg. One could call it a measure of their individual brand equity. But it should by no means be construed as an indication of quality.

It’s a small sample group (del.icio.us) and it’s certainly not even representative, but I think it’s interesting snapshot of the industry nonetheless.
