Interesting, I never thought about using your video listings to help with SEO. I looking into using these tools for my listings, I’m just not sure which service to use.

The advantage of putting these videos on sites like YouTube, Blip.TV, Yahoo Video, etc. is that if they are written and tagged correctly, they get indexed in the regular Google search results very fast - and it creates a great one way link to your website. For example, search on "Hudson New Hampshire House for Sale" and you will see a number of listing videos showing up in the top ten. Not too shabby!

I did basically the same thing, without using YouTube. YouTube has a non-business/promotional use clause in its terms of use document, so I try to stay away from YouTube. I host the video and my virtual tours on my own server and on Yahoo! Video. Give the Chicago real estate online real estate listing presentation a look, as well as one of my latest video tours - a knock out condo on Chicago's Lake Shore Drive.
