I use the movie "E-Dreams" (http://www.amazon.com/E-Dreams-Joseph-Park/dp/B0001EQIFQ/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1224561280&sr=8-3), a documentary on the rise and fall of Kosmo.com in the course I teach on economics at Humber College. I do hope Zillow does not follow their footsteps. The kind of information Zillow is providing is of interest to consumers and should be readily available. I am betting on them!

The thing about Kozmo is they had huge transaction costs associated with their business.

Zillow doesn't have high variable costs and they are well funded if I understand correctly, so I would think the company could handle a significant market downturn.
