		<description>I agree with Pam&#039;s comments about core values remaining the same. We have entered into a consumer controlled era, and the role of the agent is in flux. With the consumer having access to much more information, the agents and brokers will act as trusted advisors and consultants rather than the providers of information. And as technology continues to become more and more sophisticated, our roles will continue to evolve... exciting times for us all!!</description>
