I agree with Pam’s comments about core values remaining the same. We have entered into a consumer controlled era, and the role of the agent is in flux. With the consumer having access to much more information, the agents and brokers will act as trusted advisors and consultants rather than the providers of information. And as technology continues to become more and more sophisticated, our roles will continue to evolve… exciting times for us all!!

You summary of what is needed today sounds just like core values 25 years ago. Our industry is still based on listening to peoples needs and fulfilling their dreams as best we can, even with the market the way it is.

Yes, there should always be that core value to get inspired with.The video presented is excellent, very short and simple but the thought is there.
