REtech South – Matt Fagioli and Brad Nix have pulled together a great lineup of speakers in an amazingly short period of time. The one-day conference is March 27 and is being billed as a chance for the industry to engage in conversation about real estate technology, web 2.0 and the future of the industry.

Looks like it’ll be a lot of fun and I’m sorry I’ll be missing it.

4Realzed – Fresh off their inaugural event in Los Angeles, Dustin Luther and Jim Marks are hitting the road with their Web 2.0 workshops. Next stop, Orange County on April 17. (Full disclosure – my employer Inman News is sponsoring the 4Realzed events)

Next Friday, March 28. 6-8pm. Here in Portland. Portland Real Estate meetup. I’m having a tough time nailing down a spot that doesn’t want to empty my pockets to host a big group. I’m hoping to have somewhere nailed down by the end of this week and I’ll let you know as soon as possible. Hope to see as many of you as possible there.
