The app is functional enough and grabs its listings from a combination of broker feeds and from the network of websites run by Homes.com parentĀ Dominion Enterprises, which runs theĀ Advanced Access, AgentAdvantage, eNeighborhoods, and Number1Expert web sites.

I’m a pretty heavy iPhone user, the thing is pretty much attached to my hand at all times… but one thing I didn’t expect was how much I’ve come to depend on it while on the road; to get directions, to find a particular store or get restaurant reviews. It’s a fantastically powerful device to [...]

Google just announced you can now use Google Earth on your iPhone. This is huge.
With just a swipe of your finger you can fly from Peoria to Paris to Papua New Guinea, or anywhere in between. It may be small, but it brings all the power of Google Earth to the palm of your hand, [...]

Not a dedicated app, mind you. But if you visit ColdwellBanker.com on your iPhone’s Safari browser now it’ll pull up a specially formatted version of the site.
They’re not the first company to do this (Realtor.com has an iPhone-ready page, as does Intero) but they are, as far as I know, the first to launch a [...]
The real estate application category on the iPhone really seems to be filling out. When the upgraded version of the software launched in July, Puluwai was the only real estate specific search tool (see 5 Apps Every Real Estate Agent Should Have on Their iPhone).
But that’s now changing and it looks like there is an [...]
Over the last couple of weeks we’ve seen a handful of companies launch real estate search tools for the iPhone, but Canadian company Utopria is the first out of the gates to take the listing flyer and single property web site and bring it onto the mobile platform.
I gotta say. I love this thing.
Here’s how [...]

iPhone 2.0 turned the iPhone from smartphone to full-fledged pocket computer. Applications continue to pour into the iTunes store and I’ve been experimenting with a lot of them. Here are a few of my favorites, practical applications:
Evernote - Need to keep track of all the contacts and colleagues you meet on the road? Scan their [...]

Over the last few months we’ve seen some small splashes in mobile real estate search (see Trulia Launches iPhone Version or Terabitz Creates MLS iPhone Site).
I think the rock is going to drop very soon.
We’re only 4 days from the (much anticipated) launch of the new iPhone - but more importantly [...]

Very cool. Probably not legal. But I’ve been using it anyway.
iZillow.net
Hit it on your iPhone. It’s super slick (coded using Safire). Just in time too… (see Apple Releases SDK Kit for iPhone).
I doubt this is an in-house project. If it’s not, I hope the Z-team hires this guy and finds a way to bring it [...]

Geeks love their iPhones. And I tell you what… as soon as I finish writing about a new iPhone application in real estate (see Terabitz Creates MLS iPhone Site), another one lands on my doorstep.
Not that that’s a bad thing.
This time, it’s from Cellsigns - the SMS marketing company. They’ve launched a new [...]
