I would really like to see the features of these companies applied to a mobile solution which updates as you drive. A lot of times you’ll be in a neighborhood that is unfamiliar to you and you’d like to see which homes are on the market in that particular area (say you can set a 1 mile radius etc.). That would be pretty nice for realtors and their clients i’m sure…Anyone heard of any similar projects out there?

I’m curious where they are getting the actual listing info they are plugging into the maps – would it be pulled from the MLS?

I’m shocked at how similar the layout and navigation is to Trulia. There are only a few major differences between Trulia and this site. Also, it doesn’t seem that the homes are directed back to the website they were taken from. (big no-no)

With that being said, I’ve often wondered why those Canadian’s haven’t done too much with online RE. It’s definitely an easy place to carve out a niche. Good luck to them.
