Rapleaf’s Real World Feedback System

Rapleaf
Further to my post on managing your reputation online comes the launch of Rapleaf, which hopes to become the eBay feedback system for the offline world. It allows you to leave feedback for any person based on their phone number or email address. This is going to be huge for the real estate industry. Mark my words - in the next few years, it's going to be critical for brokers and agents to start paying attention to their online reputations. Techcrunch has a great writeup of Rapleaf's features, if you're interested.[via]

Beyond real estate, feedback has implications for all service professions — imagine moving to a new city, and instead of hoping you find someone who can refer you to a great dentist/doctor/veterinarian, you go online and see what hundreds of other people recommend.
