Zillow co-founder Lloyd Frink faced a room full of skeptical real estate agents in Long Beach Tuesday and had this to say of the experience:
“It’s just going to take a while to convince the Realtors we’re on their side,” he said.

Joel, I was there for the show and i must say it was an interesting conference.
The part where Dalton Said = “No one’s going to find out what their home is worth on the Internet” I don’t believe and it will change one day where you can get accurate results.
But will zillow affect the industry and the agents, yes thats possible but we don’t know if that will be a negative or a positive effect yet and who know zillow might get bought by yahoo since they are in bed together already.
