My Top 3 ‘Most Influential’ Real Estate Blogs
Onalytica, an online research company just released a report that tackled the question of Who are the most influential authorities on “blog marketingâ€?? What I found particularly interesting is that author Flemming Madsen weighed popularity and influence and found that the two don’t always go hand in hand. That is, those that have the highest influence aren’t necessarily the most popular.
The results demonstrate that sheer popularity can give influence, but also that popularity is not a requirement for influence.
Taking a look at the real estate blogging sphere, I can find a number of popular thought leaders, but if I were to narrow it down I would say my top 3 influential Real Estate blogs are (in no particular order):
No surprising then, that two of the three are being honored as Inman Innovator Award Finalists. Congrats to all the nominees.

Take a look at our service. Now finishing our second year, we are finding that today’s market dynamics have put us very much in the limelight. We connect agents directly to buyers and eliminate flyers and the need to service flyer boxes. Our only charge is $.99 cents per lead, no sign-up, no monthly, no minutes and all the 800 numbers and extensions an agent wants.
Our service has changed the marketing strategies for many agents, brokers and lenders. Our back office allows users to actually know by the minute what advertising venues are bringing in the buyer contacts.
Please feel free to contact me directly via the 800 number on our website!
Sincerely,
Christopher Lunn
