This looks great, but is it available in Canada? It is near impossible to get any content, widgets, tools, gadgets or doo dads for the Canadian Market.

Interesting plugin but I’m always leery of advertisements. It’s nice they have a licenses feature without it. Please let me if anyone has tried it out.

I looked at Estately’s and it’s not in Florida yet. You also mentioned Walkscore, and widgets from Altos Research. How can I combine those with the outside.in?

I think this is a great idea, really help you get a good understanding of the local area and what is happening before you invest. Which sometimes you have to rely on from biased opinions. Great idea, I assume from the information that this is only going to be an american service.

It’s always been a struggle to get truly local and relevant news- and this looks like it’s a neat way to be able to provide that effectively for the real estate agent. (of course, If you’re the one generating the news locally via your local blog, then wouldn’t you get syndicated to outside.in?)
