Joel – fantastic ideas for discussion. Along with the idea from Richard about managing social medias. We will absolutely be there.

I think another topic to cover that would be helpful to all is a discussion on how the Realtor has adapted their sales techniques and follow-up for this new environment. And how companies have adapted to this new breed of Realtor.

A focus on sales training….

Wowzah Joel, things are moving at such a crazy pace these days… hopefully you can keep us all up to speed!

One thing that’s becomming apparent both with the social network I’m involved in and I’m sure any other real estate social network, is the need for a “Community Manager” – this is an emerging position for the key person who serves as the conduit between a social network and the Company that created it. It’s simply not enough to create a social network, then sit back and expect the technology to take care of fostering the growth of an online community.

Perhaps you can add ‘managing social networks’ to your list of things to cover….. seems this is becomming more and more important every day as our special interest groups try to grow.
