Ever since I read this post weeks ago, I've been meaning to comment. Thanks for mentioning our book. I just checked and the book is #15,897 in sales rank. I don't know if that's bad or good frankly, but it seems to increase each time I look. Maybe that's evidence that real estate professionals are looking into blogging as a viable marketing medium.

The real estate market is so tech savvy that I think it is really on the forefront of web applications, social networking and blogging. I am so glad to see the industry achieving these milestones much faster than other verticals.

Thanks for the mention, it's really been amazing how the face of real estate blogging has changed over the last six months. The real estate industry which is relatively slow to embrace technology and change seems to have dove right into the pool. I think the next six months will prove to be just as ground breaking.

Dave, there are some, but commericial is a much smaller market, and thus many fewer blogs, from what I can tell. I have recently started one in Milwaukee (http://visualizemilwaukee.blogspot.com). I keep looking for other blogs to monitor and/or link to that cover a "macro" view for commercial property. Let me know if you find any! Look for "Trump" - his name seems to get mentioned whenever anyone talks about how the large-scale commercial market is doing.

Are most of the real estate blogs devoted to residential real estate or are there some that look at commercial real estate as well?
