There is no shortage of companies competing for attention with similar platforms. It seems every week someone is re-skinning and relaunching a listing portal.

Some add new convenience features for buyers, but it's not often that tools are added that directely involve the Realtors.

We're still betting the model will change in the next 1-2 years. Realtors are starting to Realize that their best source of marketing is their listing(s). When they have one, it should be the focal point of their add-on services...and it should work hard to promote the Realtor as well as the property.

The model we offer at Utopria does just that. The MediaPod is the cental hub for inter-connectivity with audio, video, property blogs, RSS feeds, Twitter, seller and selective sponsor participation. The marketing of the MediaPod itself is the key. It's fed through existing syndication channels so it actually ends up on all of those re-skinned listing portals.

It's going to be an interesting 24-months.

I just did a search in Glendale AZ where we have roughly 15 offers in on properties and not one of them showed up in my search. Weird, I still think the local MLS is the best source of up to date info.

Any ho Thanks for the post Erik

Enormo does have impressive global coverage. Trulia and Realtor provide more in the way of market comps, neighborhood statistics and data charts.
