I love this advertising idea from Papa John's in Peru – a great new twist on an old direct mail tactic.

I think this promotion could be well used by an enterprising realtor or by one of the newer web-based brokers looking to establish brand awareness in a new market. (Redfin? ZipRealty?)
Created by Saatchi & Saatchi Lima, this campaign recently won Gold at the Cannes Lions international advertising awards. Apparently phone calls and sales went up 80% because of this campaign.
