I’d be interested in knowing what percentage of Curbed’s audience is comprised of active buyers or sellers. From a quick glance at the blog, it appears that content is geared more towards agents. It seems to me that this is a case of Realtors unknowingly buying advertising to market to other Realtors (who can already find this listing information on their MLS).
