Best. Real Estate. Ad. Ever
It’s pretty epic.
Seriously. I love the honesty. The attitude. And the tongue in cheek humor puts it over the top.
Besides, any guy who can take a crescent wrench to the face 5 times will win my business ever time.

That’s awesome! That commercial is about a company that is 30 minutes down the road from me. It’s a shame I’ve never seen it on TV though.

Hilarious! I’ll bet he could actually sell some mobile homes with that commercial from just the comedy factor alone.

When I retire from 1000Watt, I’m heading to Mississippi to work for this guy.

That man has managed to distill real estate down to its unvarnished essence and it’s going to pay off in spades for him. I vote for him to lead the anti- shiny teeth and spray-tanned hands revolution.

I LOVE this Video – Definitely epic, with a flavor of Terminator.
This guy knows his market, and carefully selects who he will work with – I think he probably does a better job of client focus and selection than many of us.
1000WattMarc – plan for your move down to mobile home sales heaven in (I did advanced training in the Army – Ft. Mc Clellan in Anniston, Alabama) by reserving 100WattMarc twitter handle

Best ever? That’s way overstating this. It may appeal to some of their target audience, but that’s about it. I wouldn’t send anyone to this guy.

Amazing advert! This is the type of real-estate advertisement that has the potential of going viral.
I need to show some Toronto development marketing firms this ad.
Closet attempt at a viral advert in new development that I have seen can be viewed here: http://blog.buzzbuzzhome.com/2009/09/triumph-condominium-zero-mortgage-event.html
Of course, the advert in “Best. Real Estate. Ad. Ever” is for a completely different product, but much can be learned from it, such as the honesty that it gives off.

This commercial is another Micro Bilt Commercial. They shoot commercials for local small business and post them on the web. You nominate a local business and they will come out and do a commercial for free.
Lots of funny commercials on their website:

I do love this commercial however I wish at the end he wouldn’t have said that he didn’t care if you bought a trailer from him or not. When he said it wouldn’t hurt his feelings I thought that was funny but at the end he said “I don’t care”.

I liked the honesty. I think the commercial would attract mobile home buyers.

Funny,Funny,Funny,Funny. I’m definitely gonna share this with some friends that will appreciate this guy’s humor. He knows his target audience and he’s communicating with them very effectively.
