A new app to the iTunes store, TrueCost Mortgage, is helpful to realtors, home buyers, and investors. TrueCost computes the total cost of owning a home over a period of time (6 months to 30 years), reporting the true monthly cost of ownership.

Well, the record video app is still under development from what I hear. They were able to do it with the first gen iPhone, but it could only record like 10 second video clips. I haven’t heard to much from it since the initial news of someone doing it.
