Fun Friday: Creative Marketing – The Real Estate Agent from Hell
Have you seen Really Rotten Realty yet? I stumbled across this site this week and thought it would be perfect for “Fun Friday!”

We usually find that after enough time passes, and after several price drops the house usually sells itself without too much intervention from us. That’s an easy commission earned. We like easy.

HAH the photos through the window would be funny if it wasn’t true…I have seen that several times on the mls. Crappy Realtors make me mad…argggh…they give the rest of us a bad name.

That has to be one of the funniest real estat0e sites I have seen in a long time. The fact that most of what they have written is probably the truth for most agents working philosophy makes it even more ironic. Thanks for making my day just a little better.

I have used many great agents but also been exposed to guys and gals like these. I appreciate the parody and this site has done it well. The pain comes from the fact that too many people actually pay full service commission for non-service like this. Real estate agents no longer provide – if they ever did – any service that can in any way justify the commissions they wish to be paid. Realtors will not control information for much longer and one day soon, it will be as easy to sell one’s home as it is to sell one’s car. Good riddance.

I hate you feel this way. I have many clients that are grateful for the services I provide. Also, we have developed an efficient way for our data to be displayed to our members. Correct data. Not the guestimate by other sites.
Most of us are professionals and it sounds as if you may have worked with someone who may be less than professional.

Haha, I recently used a realtor to purchase my home, but I doubt I would’ve called someone based on this ad alone. Unfortunately, the picture is cheesy enough in itself to turn me off.

I am not so sure a part time agent is a good idea. Being an agent is a full time job and must be client oriented. Full time agent = happy customers. So please, for customers sake, work full time or go home.
