Newsletters are often avoided due to two reasons: 1) Too time consuming to produce on your own and 2) Too expensive to not produce on your own.

Solution? Realtime Referral offers a newsletter that you can personalize with your name or company name and produce in under a minute. Print them out and send them to your clients or simply send them via email in PDF format.

Staff writers have mixed pop culture and informative articles mixed in with a dose of real estate information to keep your readers waiting for next month’s newsletter. Forget about the calendars and personalized post its, it’s time to get creative and stay fresh in the minds of your target community!

Now I know you’re wondering how much this will cost you…are you ready? $9/Month! Yes it’s real, see for yourself at http://www.RealtimeReferral.com.

I was curious to know which email marketing program / software they used? Were you able to tell?

I've been meaning to set an email marketing program up, but just haven't found the right email provider.

Thanks

It just goes to show not one form of marketing alone is enough, a company should utilize all forms of marketing to get their message out. This twitter email newsletter was just as surprising as a direct mail piece from google to use google ad words.

Thanks and Regards

It is really something to realize that some of these social media sites are starting to see value in, and use, other forms of marketing. Proving that to capture the attention of a large group of people, we must be willing to try numerous avenues.

I've been excited at the increasing quality of e-newsletters I get from some of the folks I follow this year. I think those newsletters are a double-edged sword: if they're bad, they're really, really bad and will make me unsubscribe at neck-breaking speed. If they're good, they keep me going to the site. I think the great ones tend to break all the "rules" - they're not necessarily imagey, formatted emails, and they may not be "newsy," but more a collection of links back to really great content on the originating blog or site. But yes - even in this pithy blogosphere of ours, I totally agree with you that there IS still lots of space for high-quality email newsletters. Emphasis on the high-quality.
