Thanks for the resources. I have conversations with people almost every day about job possibilities and their frustrations with trying to find something. It is a pretty miserable market for almost ever industry, but real estate has to amongst the leaders.

I lanched several “internal ads” on our real estate portal titled “Real Estate broker opportunities”. It linked to a form with several questions, including where and how they wanted to work within the industry.

The requests piled on and a module was developed on the back-end so brokers who pay monthly subscription to post listings on our website could also see the “recruitment” module.

Not a bad idea…

I just tried your service but I must say its a little pricey for a company with no exposure.

I can post on Craigslist for free in most markets and the markets they do charge in are only $25.

I will see if I get any calls an then evaluate if its worth the expense.
