It's interesting because marketers always caution: "Don't let creativity get in the way of your message." Yet the popularity of Superbowl ads seems to prove that creativity works. It certainly has for me as a Phoenix real estate agent trying to "stand out from the crowd."

do not forget about the power of twitter. Use the 80/20 rule, but only 20 percent for marketing your self and/or company. Spend the rest of the 80 percent learning, observing, sharing, and networking. Twitter will not disappoint.

As a marketer, the Super Bowl is one of my favorite times of year (yes, and the football is great too!)

Budweiser is always on top for me but I have to say that Doritos must have hired some new folks to oversee their campaigns. They really pulled it out this year.

Great post! What Pepsi did is very exciting and I am anxious to see how effective their campaign turns out. Another avenue of social media that Realtors and most businesses forget to incorporate is Email Marketing. This is a great tool to keep people engaged with and when done properly can be a very successful part of any marketing campaign.
