Friday Fun: Augmented Reality Nearly Here
A nice demonstration of a visual navigation app being developed by Occipital. The app searches for what you’re looking for, plots it inside geo-space and then provides you with directions and a preview of how to get there.

Very cool stuff Joel. I think they are making GPS directions look a little bad. I use my iPhone for directions all the time and only have issues maybe 2% of the time. But I still think this is very cool!

Technology is just advancing too quickly for me. I am yet to fully grasp web 2.0 while more stuff are being released everyday. Better learn how to use them or else, our competitors will.
Anyway, thanks for the heads up Joel. I think this would nicely complement GPS.
