Very cool app, and I understand the probably the most popular phone today is an IPhone and I use one too, but I could imagine you there are equally or even more other smartphone users that would benefit from a phone search as well. Why not just make the a web based mobile search that is not an app?

I am a Realtor for Coldwell Banker, you don’t have to update anything. Coldwell Banker’s parent company own several other brokerages (i.e. ERA, Burgdorff, C-21, etc.)

So i see that Coldwell Banker made a Web App for the iPhone, but could or have you thought of making a App Not Web App for the iPhone like how an iPhone has Apps for every thing just about. just for thought, it would make things so much easier you know.
