		<description>Video, not a slide show with background music means 30 frames per second of action. Video if shot, edited right is easy to swallow, quickly showing how all the pieces fit together. Audio is 40% of the video as your own words, one on one starts the connection between the buyer, the property and you.

Still photos are a millisecond in time. Flat and trapped, isolated. Video breathes life with five sense stimulation at 30 frames per second. Not just using the eyeballs doing it. All the buyer has to do is sit there, absorb. Maps, natural sounds at the property like a waterfront setting, the grandfather clocking ticking as you enter the large open hall with the winding staircase that is panned, captured for the guy/gal on the other end many states or countries away. Video takes you to the property and is not announcer guy with a script or a series of stills pulsating in and out...the same photos you already showed them recycled. Don&#039;t waste buyers time. Produce videos. Upload, link to in emails, social media sites and embed videos in your blog posts about your properties, your community and you the broker.</description>
