From a sales and marketing angle, virtual real estate tours and immersive video is powerful, because it engages the prospect and enables them to clearly imagine what it would be like to own a particular home or condo. Virtual real estate tours and immersive video are also a fun experience, so that, alone, helps lower sales resistance.

The future's so bright, I gotta wear shades!

As an agent who posts Virtual Tours of all listings even if it's dirt, these next generation products are extremely captivating to me. The ability to post across multiple venues (YouTube, Facebook, etc..) is certainly my top priority - and ease of use.

This is cool stuff, but it will be for the most part completely unrealistic for most agents to use and the time/investment put into doing these could be used to hire someone to do a pro video ($150ish). Not sure it is worth the effort. Sorry but hi-res video when adoption increases will kill this one in the RE market. Did I mention this was cool?
