On the private label front, we offer our service to large strategic partners who want to offer it to their customers. But at this stage, not to Real Estate brokers (although we'd probably consider that if we could do it in a way that allowed us to offer objective choice to the customer). About a year and half ago a company contacted me with the same premise. Online relocation with a high touch model. I'm not sure they're still around, but every time I drive by their office it seems to be awfully quiet. I have yet to see a relocation company be able to make it work on the Internet.
