There are reports lately of real-estate agents getting a little panicky over by emerging online technologies, and that’s understandable with all the attention that companies like Seattle-based Zillow and Redfin have been getting.

No doubt that Seattle is the birthplace of the Real Estate 2.0 revolution, but can it hang on to the crown in the years to come?
