		<description>Alright, maybe I&#039;m cynical, but words have meaning.  To call a flat fee broker a discount broker only soldifies the myth in real estate that there is a standard price or cost for real estate professionals&#039; services.

Last time I checked, that was called collusion or price fixing in the real estate industry.  And that&#039;s been highly frowned upon by the feds.

		<description>This was the same company that the Washington State Department of Licensing asked to shut it&#039;s doors last year because the State contended they needed to be a licensed real estate corporation because they were acting as a broker by procuring leads.  Looks like someone passed their exam at Rockwell.
