To call a flat fee broker a discount broker only soldifies the myth in real estate that there is a standard price or cost for real estate professionals' services. Last time I checked, that was called collusion or price fixing in the real estate industry. And that's been highly frowned upon by the feds. /cranky //yells at kids, "Get off my lawn!"
